The Dot Massage Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before the appointment time with no penalty.
• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 4 hours’ notice prior to the appointment, we charge 50% of the appointment total. 1 2 3
• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 2 hours’ notice prior to the appointment, we charge 100% of the appointment total. 1 2 3
  
  

1 If no Provider has been assigned, no fees will be charged.
2 Couples/Group appointments will be charged the cancel/reschedule fees per Provider.
3 All charges are based on original price before discounts or credits used.
